Conveyor rollers
Conveyor rollers with which conveyors are being equipped, divided onto two series:
– disassemblable
– undismountable

Disassemblable rollers have similar construction of bearing assembly and differ by bearing type (from 203 to 408). Bearing is effectively protected from intrusion of dust from outside by double labyrinth sealing.
Undismountable rollers differ from disassemblable by lighter weight, but does not yield in reliability under appropriate operating conditions. Locked/closed bearing is used in this type of rollers, additionally protected with rubber seal from outside.

Advantages of conveyor rollers
1) Boring of roller’s barrel (body frame) is conducted simultaneously from two ends onto special-purpose equipment, this provide minimum roller’s hopping, not exceeding 1,0 mm.
2) Roller’s axis processing in centers with further grinding of mounting seats for bearing, allow to improve roller’s life cycle.
3) Processing of conveyor rollers lining (bearing bodies) is conducted using multiple-station machines per one technological cycle.
4) All conveyor rollers pass inspection for: hopping, axial play, moment of rotation starting.
Rollers are produced with embedded or replenished lubricant. Replenishment of lubricant is conducted without dismantling of roller.”

Snubbler rollers: Ø 102, 127, 133, 152, 159, 194, 250.
Weighting rollers: Ø 102, 127, 133.
Roller bearings: 203, 304, 305, 306, 307, 408, 60304, 60305, 180304, 180305, 180307.
Drive drums: from Ø 250 to Ø 1600 mm smooth and coated with bearings 3608 …. 3640 and barrel length in accordane with technical requirement of customer. Drums can be coated with materials of Rema Tip Top (STAHLGRUBER GmBH) company as per request of customer. Coating of drive drums allow maximal increase of traction coefficient between drums, rollers and conveyor belt, excluding sliding friction; decrease belt tension and its wear accordingly; protect from corrosion and sticking of transported material; simplify adjustment of straight line motion of conveyor belt.
Idler drums: from Ø 250 to Ø 1250 mm with bearings 3608 …. 3640 and length of barrel in accordance with technical requirement of customer.
Tensioning devices: screw take-up, carriage, framed.
Carrying rollers of conveyor’s loaded strand: with inclination angle of side rollers 10°, 15°, 30°, 45° и 60°. Carriers are produced onto hot-rolled angle and onto beam channel.
Carrying rollers of conveyor’s lower run.
Deflector carrying rollers upper and lower.
Conveyor’s power-drive stations with straight-line diagram (engine + brake + gear unit).
Conveyor’s power-drive stations with single-line diagram (motor + gear unit). It can be additionally equipped with frequency modifier if it is necessary to adjust productive capacity.
Net-shaped belt with double crimping, width from 400 mm to 2000 mm made from stainless wire 12Х18N10Т.
