Drag-type conveyor is designed for transportation of different dust-type, grainy, bulk cargoes. Conveyors, operating in continuous dragging mode. Operating device is a lower part of haulage chain with scrapers. Conveyor trough has the same profile contour as scrapers configuration. Pressed metal or polymer scrapers are used and troughs are made from metal. Caprolon or fluoroplastic with thickness from 6 to 10 mm are used for polymer scrapers. Apron roller chains and disassemblable moulded chains are used as haulage device. If width of conveyor box exceed 500 mm – two haulage chains are used. Apron roller chains (GOST 588-81) with which conveyor is equipeed are produced by enterprise using pressing, laser beam cutting, lathe work on automatic machines with further heat treatment. As per request of customer, conveyor runner lining with wear-resistant steel 65G or HARDOX steel is applied for transportation of abrasive cargo. If necessary, conveyor is equipped with travel speed adjusting device of haulage chain. Comparing with apron conveyors, drag-type conveyor has lesser weight, it can be loaded and unloaded at any place.
