Star-gears
Designing and production of star-gears for chain drives of different drive units, carriers, conveyors. Consignment start from one item. Production in accordance with drawings (drafts) and examples. We produce star-gears of the following versions:
– chain star-gears without hob, with hob GOST 591-69;
– stainless steel star-gears;
– double star-gear for one-row chain;
– two-row and three-row star-gear etc.
Steel 45, 40X, 18XGT, 25XGT (processing of forging and hot-rolled circle); steel 25L; 55L (foundry processing). Manufacturing versions of fitment bores: a) rough for boring; b) finishing with splined seating.

Maximum shaft diameter: 300 mm.
